The Production team at StoryToys is pivotal in the production of our suite of apps. As an Associate Producer, your role is to support the creative and technical teams across an array of critical functions. You will work closely with a Lead Producer on the day-to-day running of the production pipeline. This is a role that touches on the core of games production. It is an ideal proving ground for someone aspiring to lead game production in the future. You will have responsibility for everything from asset management, production scheduling, and release support. You will acquire insight into the company’s commercial imperatives while being sensitive to the needs of our audience. You will support flagship product development and project management, team communications and reporting. You will also be creative.
This role is critical in shaping our award-winning children’s apps and supporting the teams that make them. This is a cross-disciplinary role with ample room for skill-building and growth. Who are we?
StoryToys is a Top-Ten children’s app creator, delivering a suite of apps for children between the ages of 2 and 8. We work with the world’s biggest entertainment IP, translating their loved characters to a digital world. We publish worldwide, in 26 languages with monthly active users in the millions. We are based in Dublin, Ireland but work with a large global team.
Who are you?
You are an open and organized individual, with fierce attention to detail. You will have an empathetic nature, but most of all have a passion for getting games made. You are first and foremost a problem solver. As an excellent communicator, you do your utmost to create the best environment for success for the team and the product. This role will provide deep experience in game production across production processes, people management, and product and market data.
You will work closely with the production team to realise production goals. As an astute observer, you will understand and predict where issues may arise for the team and production, and work with the lead producer to mitigate these risks.
